I joined this team equipped with a psychology degree and a background in behavior research and applied psychology. In addition to eating good food and chasing new experiences, I also enjoy being curious about everything and feeding my curiosity through user-centered research. As the team’s co-user experience researcher and finance manager, this capstone project was a great opportunity to apply my background towards creating a better user experience for PA WIC. I hope to use my expertise as a UX researcher in supporting marginalized communities.
Hi there! My background is rooted in Cognitive Science from Occidental College, CA. Since then, I have worked in Education with children who have cognitive differences, behavioral challenges, and who come from low-income/socio-economic backgrounds, and/or traumatic experiences. Fun fact: my mother used WIC (in San Francisco, CA) for her three children (me included!) when she first came to the United States and has great memories from it. So, I am excited to have this full-circle experience.

Hey there!
I’m the tech lead and Co-Project Manager on the team. I’ve always been passionate about creating impactful products. Before HCI, I worked at Air Liquide to develop the hardware and software for new medical devices. I love taking insight from user research and translating them into practical technical solutions. I plan to transition to a role managing and building new products at a start-up .
Hi! I am the co-UX researcher and data analyst for the team. I studied business administration and human-computer interaction as an undergraduate student, and I am grateful to be able to continue to pursue my passion for HCI.
I love applying psychology to user research and using data to tell stories. I am excited to use these stories to foster positive change in people and organizations as an user experience researcher.
